PAYMENTS

TEAM TRYOUTS

A $10 fee is required for a player to be eligible to try out for one of the programs, Travel or Tournament teams. This is required to be paid in full by cash, check, or online registration before the tryout. A player who has not registered will not be eligible to be considered for a team. 

TEAM PAYMENTS

Payment is due in full via online registration within 24 hours of receiving an invitation to play on the team. A player who has not paid within the 24 hours is not eligible to participate and may lose his/her spot on the team. If a family needs a payment plan in order for a player to participate, this plan must be approved by Program Director within the 24 hours of invitation. Please talk to the Program Director Frank for payment plan requests. 

UNIFORMS

Payment is due in full via check or online registration for team uniforms as soon as they are offered a spot on the team.

CAMP/TRAININGS

Payment is due in full via online registration before a player can participate. 

REFUNDS

All sales are final. Requests may be made for a refund at any time, but are not guaranteed. By completing a purchase with AZ EVO Elite, you acknowledge and agree that all transactions are final and non-refundable. AZ EVO Elite reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make exceptions in rare cases; however, such instances do not establish a precedent for future refunds.

 

                           Some of the guidelines around our refund policy are listed below.

TEAMS

Examples of reasons refunds will not be issued:

  • Dissatisfaction with tournament/practice location 

  • Inability to attend practices/games due to personal scheduling conflicts

  • Dissatisfaction with playing time or coaching decisions

Approved Refunds will be issued in one of two ways within 30 days of an approved request:

  • Credit Card Return – If the member paid for the registration in question online using a credit card, the refunded amount will be issued to the credit card. 

  • Digital Payment/Check/Cash – If the member paid for the registration in question using a digital service (Zelle, Venmo) check or cash, a refund will be provided via the same method used for payment.

 

Refunds can only be requested by parent or legal guardian of player. Credit card returns will only go back on the card originally used to pay for the program. Checks will only be sent to the address of parent/legal guardian.

CAMP/TRAININGS

AZ EVO ELITE must be notified fourteen days prior to camp/training start date in order to be considered for a full refund.

 

A refund may be requested within fourteen days of the start of camp/training and will incur a 5% fee to cover credit card processing fees.

 

Refund requests will only be accepted in writing to azevoelite@gmail.com with the following included:

  • Player name

  • Parent and/or family name, address, phone number and email (if available)

  • Program that you are requesting a refund for

  • Reason for refund request

  • Refund request date
